APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

​

Each applicant 18 years or older to complete a Standard Rental Application for consideration for any unit (you can request an application in the form at the bottom of the page.)

 

The following items to be included:

​

• Signed Tenant Representation Form

• Proof of Income (Recent pay stubs, employment/award letter, bank statements highlighting deposits, W-2, etc.) 

• Full Credit Report including all pages + FICO score

• Landlord Reference

• Valid Government-Issued Identification

• If you have a pet, you must have paperwork verifying current medical information and recent checkup

• If you get paid in cash - provide an employment letter including name and contact information from supervisor/owner, and/or bank/statements reflecting deposits

Per office policy, your application is to be completed in full in order to be considered for any rental unit.

Upon acceptance of your application for an apartment, the following deposits will be required PRIOR to move-in (individual units vary and may include any combination of the following):

1. First month rent

2. Last month rent

3. Security Deposit 

4. Lock & Key fee
